Are there moving trucks available to use?
We offer a free truck and driver during move-in.* Please contact one of our Storage representatives for details. We are also an Authorized UHaul Dealer offering a variety of trucks and trailers to meet your moving and storage needs.

Do you have video cameras?
Oroville RV/Boat and Self Storage has 18 video cameras throughout the facility digitally recording 24hours a day for your added security.

Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?
Oroville RV/Boat and Self Storage has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.

What is Temperature controlled?
Temperature controlled is a feature that we offer in a number of our units that maintains a temperature of 55 to 85 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from the extreme temperatures.

Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
Oroville RV/Boat and Self Storage can accommodate up to 44' in length with three options to meet your budget. Fully enclosed units, canopy covered parking, and outside drive up spaces.

What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs, moving and packing supplies, eBay items, and UHaul truck rentals. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask our storage representative for information about 24-hour access.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.

What kind of security do you have?
Oroville RV/Boat and Self Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings with our state-of-the-art facility. We feature electronic gate and coded access, 24 hour video recording from 18 cameras, fenced and well-lit grounds, individual door alarms and anti-pick punch resistant cylinder lock design on all of our storage units.

What are the payment terms?
Oroville RV/Boat and Self Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer Autopay. We can automatically charge your credit/debit card each month.

What sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5x5. or 25 square feet, to 14x44, or 616 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with our online size estimator and the help of one of our storage representative's who are trained to assist you in this process.
